My mission is to empower my clients to gain control of their health and to incorporate wellness strategies that are easy and sustainable. Prevention of disease is my mission. With a background in traditional nutrition, a M.S. from Boston University, training in Functional Nutrition and certification as a Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine, I am uniquely positioned to provide science-based nutritional advice and integrative wellness programs.
